As part of it information and diffusion system, the website has a fundamental role to the organization due to it ensures the democratization of its programs and statistic data of it labor that attracts investors and brings transparency in their actions. For this democratization the site had to show optimal performance in the worst connectivity conditions.

The redesign was basically an analytic work in the first stage to achieve a clear target: make possible a fluid navigation for users with slow connections in every part of the world. Due to being an organization that works worldwide, and fundamentally in developing countries it was of great importance to let an easy access to the users with slow connections.

When entering the site the loading time was reduced from 26 seconds to 606ms in Europe and performance reached 96 points over 100.
