Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
PCS Wireless is a company based in New Jersey which specializes in the redistribution of new and pre-owned phones, tablets, accessories, and other wireless equipment. The main goal of this project was to construct the brand's visual identity and that it be displayed on each and every design that would be a part of its marketing strategy. A short term digital marketing strategy was also part of the work, and their products were updated, as well as their website, which allowed for their quick and easy online sale.
We worked closely with the PCS team in order to gain in depth knowledge of the company: their goals, their product, their competitors and their markets. Once we had got to know them, work began on the strategy for their online presence and marketing. Afterwards, we re-designed the website, updated all their messaging, created a library of print and presentation collateral, assimilated their print advertising, designed event booths, built e-mail templates and more.
Part of the challenge for PCS Wireless was to implement branding guidelines and elements so that every time we executed a piece of marketing, it was clearly recognizable as PCS Wireless. We developed a library of icons, graphical elements, and photography that is now leveraged in all their marketing to create a consistent and clear identity for PCS.
Another part of the puzzle is making sure that every time we talk about PCS Wireless, we say the same thing about the company, its solutions, its partners, its locations and more. We crafted language that everyone in the company uses and that same language appears, modified as needed for the medium or the audience, in every piece of marketing material we produce. que se habla de la empresa.
Our work with PCS is still ongoing, as a result of the success of our partnership. We provide ongoing strategy assistance, content development, design and web development. We work side by side, their priorities are our priorities and we carefully manage every task to make sure that each deliverable contributes successfully to the targeted ROI for its related marketing activity.
